All-in-one Pierogi Skillet

Ingredients & Directions


1 tb Vegetable oil
1 lb Ground beef
1 pk (16 oz.) frozen potato
-pierogis, thawed
1 pk (10 oz.) frozen broccoli,
-thawed
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper
1 c (4 oz.) shredded cheddar
-cheese

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef
and cook until no longer pink, stirring to break up the beef; drain.

Add pierogis and cook 4 to 5 minutes, or until heated through. Stir
in broccoli, salt and black pepper. Top with cheese. Reduce heat to
low, cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the
broccoli is heated through. Makes 4 servings
